Happy Thursday! Although it’s been a short week I’m feeling exhausted already. So this week I’m going to cheat a little bit for this post and use an infographic that I found on The Expert Editor which I think just about sums up all the Mind and Body benefits of reading:
Personally, I find that reading helps my concentration and focus on other things that I’m doing during the day. I would atribute my good memory to reading too.
I agree with the reducing stress part, I only have to walk into a book shop and I immidiatly feel calmer. I used to do this a lot when I was at college.
